Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the MeridianRMS platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MeridianRMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Use of the Platform
MeridianRMS is provided for workforce training, certification tracking, and compliance documentation. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization’s policies and applicable regulations.
3. Accounts and Access
Accounts are issued by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Your Data
Your organization retains ownership of the records it enters into MeridianRMS. We process that data solely to provide and support the platform, in line with our Notice of Privacy Practices.
5. Confidentiality and Protected Information
Records in MeridianRMS may include sensitive employee and client information. You agree to access only the records you are authorized to view and to never share protected information outside of permitted, work-related purposes.
6. Availability and Changes
We work to keep MeridianRMS available and reliable, but the platform may be unavailable during maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time, and will communicate material changes to administrators.
7. Termination
Your organization or MeridianRMS may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform ends, and data handling follows the terms of your organization’s agreement with us.
8. Limitation of Liability
MeridianRMS is a documentation and tracking tool. It does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, or your organization’s regulatory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.
